CURRICULUM VITAE KLAUS TENBROCK

Klaus Tenbrock finished his degree in 1994 as Diplom-Kaufmann (equiv. Master’s Degree in economic sciences) at the University of Essen in Germany with focus on human resource management, business management as well as economic sociology. Subsequently, Mister Tenbrock became involved in a medium-sized tax counsel office with focus on business consulting. Starting in 1998, Mister Tenbrock made the topics net wage optimization (NLO) and Easy-Concept (EK) ready for the market over the course of four years, finishing in 2002. From 2002 until 2007, Mister Tenbrock advised on these topics nationwide, leading the tax counsel office. In 2007, the legal service law changed and Mister Tenbrock became managing partner of the spin-off company praemium GmbH which received the operational business of NLO & EK.

QUALIFICATIONS / AWARDS

• Diplom-Kaufmann (equiv. Master’s Degree in economic sciences) at the University of Essen in Germany with focus on human resource management, business management as well as economic sociology

• Certified IBWF e.V.-Consultant (Network for SME-Consultants in Germany)

• First place state and regional level at the Start-Up Competition by McKinsey, Stern & Sparkassen in 1998 incl. cash prizes amounting to 75.000 DM (former German currency)
